By accessing or using ReplyKo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You may use ReplyKo only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.

ReplyKo provides software for automating Instagram direct-message workflows, comment-triggered messages, story-reply flows, and related account operations.

Some features depend on third-party platforms, including Meta and Instagram. Availability may change if those platforms change their APIs, policies, or technical requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting access credentials for your ReplyKo workspace and any connected third-party accounts.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless the activity results directly from our breach of security obligations.

You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm our platform, other users, or third parties.

• Do not use ReplyKo for spam, harassment, fraud, deception, or unlawful marketing.
• Do not attempt to bypass Meta, Instagram, or ReplyKo platform limits, security controls, or review processes.
• Do not upload or send content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ReplyKo complies with the applicable Meta Platform Terms, Instagram rules, advertising standards, and local laws.

We may restrict or suspend features if we reasonably believe your workflows create policy risk for ReplyKo, our partners, or other users.

Some parts of ReplyKo may be offered free during beta. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing cadence, and scope will be communicated on the site or in-product before charges begin.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, fees are due in advance, are non-cancelable for the active billing period, and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

ReplyKo and all related branding, software, design, text, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while your account remains in good standing.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create platform risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that could cause legal or operational harm.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information connected to ReplyKo accounts and website usage.

If you want your account data removed, use the deletion controls inside ReplyKo or follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page. Removing ReplyKo from Facebook stops future access but does not delete data already stored by ReplyKo unless you also submit a deletion request to us.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyKo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the last-updated date.

Your continued use of ReplyKo after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
