Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ReplyKo collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, application, and related support channels.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company details, billing details, support requests, and connected Instagram or Meta account information.

We may also collect usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, session activity, page views, event logs, and diagnostics generated when you use the service.

Facebook Login Data

If you sign in with Facebook, we may collect your name, email address, avatar, Facebook account identifier, and access token where applicable.

We collect this Facebook data to authenticate your account, link your ReplyKo workspace to the correct identity, display your profile, maintain your login session, and support the Meta features you choose to enable.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide and maintain ReplyKo, authenticate users, process transactions, support connected workflows, improve product performance, and communicate with you about updates or support matters.

  • Operate and secure your account and connected automations.
  • Process billing, invoices, and account administration.
  • Analyze usage trends and improve reliability, onboarding, and support.
  • Send service notices, security alerts, and product communications.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers who support hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, customer support, communications, and security operations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Third-Party Platforms

ReplyKo depends on third-party services such as Meta and Instagram for certain features. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third parties.

You can revoke Facebook access at any time from your Facebook settings or Business Integrations. This stops future Facebook access, but it does not delete data already stored by ReplyKo unless you also submit a deletion request through ReplyKo.

We are not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of third-party platforms that you choose to connect to ReplyKo.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain operational records.

If you request account deletion, the account is scheduled for deletion immediately, you are signed out immediately, deletion completes after 30 days, and soft-deleted account records are permanently purged after the applicable retention window.

Operational logs, security records, billing records, and backup-related data may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or system integrity.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no transmission method or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, export, restrict, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing activities.

You can request deletion of your ReplyKo account data from Settings > Profile > Delete account, or by emailing [email protected] if you no longer have account access.

You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

Children and International Transfers

ReplyKo is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.

If information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the last-updated date.
