Beta Access
If ReplyKo is offered free during beta, no subscription fee is charged for beta access unless we clearly communicate otherwise before checkout or activation.
Paid Plans
If you purchase a paid subscription, charges apply according to the plan, billing cycle, and pricing disclosed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel renewal at any time, and cancellation will usually take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise in writing.
General Refund Rule
Except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written offer, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
This includes partial-month usage, unused time, setup time, onboarding effort, and periods where platform limitations or third-party API changes reduce feature availability.
Exceptional Refund Requests
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there has been duplicate billing, a clear technical failure caused directly by ReplyKo, or another exceptional circumstance that makes a refund appropriate.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
How to Request a Review
To request a billing review, contact us with your account email, payment date, amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional information needed to investigate the request.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
